What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We make sure that each move is covered. However, the key to avoiding damaged items is prevention. We ensure that our packers are up to code and that all your items are appropriately packaged to bear against any manner of accidents in transit. If things are unavoidable, insurance is there to make sure you are covered.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Our best advice is to keep an open line of communication with our move coordinators. They are there to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Other than that, if you are going purely off of cost for your move, make sure that there are no hidden costs! At Freeline we do our best to be as transparent as possible.
